First time home seller here… I can’t rave enough about the Miranda team! I was so nervous on how to go about selling my home, in today’s tricky market. However the whole experience was made easy with these pleasant personalities that were there with me every step of the way. I feel so blessed, and grateful to have found them to represent me on the sale of my home, which had offers on it before it even officially listed!!! From the wonderful in-house decorative staging that they did to the difficult paperwork processing of selling from a trust, I couldn’t have expected this process to go any better!!! Entertained our unrealistic vision at first and guided us to more market realistic visions as we were first time homebuyers without a clue. Without sharing too many personal details, my husband and I opened escrow on a condo and had a very small turnaround due to us not wanting to lose out since we had been looking for a while. The market was moving incredibly fast at our price point, at least, and houses listed Friday night were accepting offers by Monday or sooner with bids way above the asking price. We finally closed in on a place, and unbeknown to us, a tragedy struck the Miranda team. I dont know how or even why they did it, but they stuck through and got us to our closing deadline. The event severely impacted their team emotionally, from what I heard, but business went on as usual for clients. I can only wish healing and joy to the team as they already have the strength. My heart goes out to the team for what theyve been through and for being in my familys corner from day one. I appreciate you for working with us and getting us our dream home. We met Shannon Brandon at an open house about 8-9 months ago. At the time we were not working with an agent but had started casually looking to buy our dream home in Glendale/Burbank area. JaMaal of The Miranda Team is a great agent: hes smart, always prepared, great at explaining things, has a nose for the LA market, and he cares a lot! JaMaal worked with us for 2 months as first-time home buyers and he made the process feel easy and made us feel like experts -- though only because he was so incredibly proactive and meticulous. Its the small things you notice first: when we did our first home tours, JaMaal had physical printouts of the listings at the ready for us (nice touch!) and had done research into the areas and properties. He was always a great partner and we felt like we made every decision with the benefit of a real expert on our side. When looking for an agent in the LA area, ask for JaMaal!

The Miranda Team is awesome! Less than a week after we decided to list our condo, the photos were completed (including drone footage), marketing materials produced, listed, and open houses occurring. A few days later we had 4 offers and now were being well served by the Transaction Coordinator and the other professionals handling all the myriad details. This is why we hired a Team instead of trying to DIY! Kudos especially to our Realtor, JaMaal Marshall, who is a true pro...quick & responsive, knowledgeable, and one of the nicest people youll ever meet! Even after we accepted the offer, they continued to show the house and got us back up offer and ultimately when the first offer fell, the back up offer closed.
